How does one PAY on your website?
IndyaShoppe.com has a merchant account with one of the largest payment gateways in India, CCAvenue. They are verified by VeriSign and McAfee.

Do also note that through our payment pages you can select to pay either by online banking account held with Indian Banks (and supported by CCAvenue) or by using a credit card.

How do you ship?
Except for flowers & perishable items all items are shipped to the PIN codes in India that are serviced by DTDC. DTDC are our preferred courier company and IndyaShoppe.com have a corporate account with them so they offer an extremely competitive rate for our customers. If you want to send a gift to a place where it is not serviced by DTDC please contact us and we will endeavour to ship it by Indian Postal Service. However cost of such services is to be borne by the customer. Flowers and perishable items are shipped locally by a carefully selected supplier to support 24 hours delivery.

Can I track my shipment?
you will get a consignment number for all items that are shipped via DTDC and you can track them online.
