2. All the rest of items are shipped to the PIN codes in India that are serviced by DTDC. DTDC are our preferred courier company and IndyaShoppe.com have a corporate account with them so they offer an extremely competitive rate for our customers. If you want to send a gift to a place where it is not serviced by DTDC please contact us and we will endeavour to ship it by Indian Postal Service. However cost of such services is to be borne by the customer.

1. Again this is determined where DTDC services. If you want to send something to a place where DTDC does not service please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate alternative services. However cost of such services is to be borne by the customer.

1. Most definitely! Once the order is despatched we send you a link with DTDC's consignment number and you can track the item.
2. Where DTDC is not being used for delivery we cannot provide any online tacking facility however if you contact our service desk we most definitely can help.

Returns

a. Can I make a return if I am not satisfied?

1. We cannot accept any return of flowers, cakes or sweets. We make sure they are the freshest available and we always procure them from local market.
2. If any of the non-perishable items such as books or digital media (CD, DVD) are found broken in transit we most certainly will accept returns for them.
